About Us

Elvic Solar mounting system is a strong, versatile system for mounting PV Solar Panels on low and steep-sloped roofs. The system consists of aluminum module support rails and includes all necessary components in order to attach the rails to each other, the rails to the roof and the Solar Panels to the rails. The system allows Solar Panels to be mounted in portrait or landscape and can also be configured for shared rail and fixed tilt design in either orientation. It accommodates most framed Solar Panels.

  • The M8 nut is only a spacer and intended to be used when installing a panel with a depth of 35mm or less to prevent the stitching screw from penetrating through the rail and into the roof compromising the waterproofing of the roof.
  • When properly assembled, the Elvic System is a reliable and trouble-free system and should require little in the way of ongoing maintenance or repair. Nevertheless, We do however recommends maintaining a regular inspection and maintenance schedule. Such a program can detect and address potential problems before they become serious and help ensure the system’s excellent long-term durability and reliability.

The Elvic system is mainly made up of two components:

  • Aluminum: No need to paint or Electro-plate as Aluminum is Naturally Corrosion Resistant.
  • Electro-plated Mild Steel: Electroplating creates a protective barrier that protects Mild steel from corrosion.
  • If the product ordered is in stock, the lead time for the delivery will depend on the courier company of your choice. Our staff can assist you in arranging self-collections from our warehouses or from our suppliers.
  • Elvic products come with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. We will replace any defected products if it was installed by a qualified and approved installer.
  • Our range consists of a solution to fit every requirement and Roof type including metal and tile roofs, as well as ground mount systems.
